Y’all got some mixed pregnant looking girl working at McDonald’s on that night shift y’all might wanna talk to her about that attitude she have it’s ridiculous her customers service skills is at a -25 and she very rude

This used to be my favorite truckstop to stop at especially late nights. There 's a tiny woman with a massive attitude cleaning the showers, who has been spotted chatting around while dirty showers and drivers wait around to get cleaned. I just walked in to get my coffee and overhear them talking about how smelly the drivers. The ln yells to another driver with a nasty attitude we only have 4 showers at night . Pilot Travel Center management please do something about this.

Went to take a shower seen **** on the toilet. No way they cleaned the bathroom good smh.

Very clean, easy access for our 36’ motor home, staff is friendly and welcoming. Tiffany is kind, helpful and generous with a smile. She needs to be promoted!
