Non availability of many stuffs from the menu, poor customer service and so on

Did i say downtowntakeaway maiduguri s a bit old!!,its old and needs some renovations here and there if they can afford it I have always loved there #shawarma even thou the quality has drastically changed and i wish they will make is as before but not withstanding i still love it and i feel they are the only place i know that sell shawarma with only chicken /beef with no cabbage like alot of places do se kache we are all #vegetarian a cika mana cabbage da lettuce da carrots I still love @downtowntakeaway.maiduguri even thou their icecream tastes like some one trew up (tunbudin jinjiraye)and there chips is just patatoes soaked in oil bit their chicken is crispy and tasty The staffs need to learn to be professional and take customers seriously The person handling their IG page @downtowntakeway.maiduguri is really rude and needs to learn to be professional or they hire someone else I might show you other foods they have on their menu and what i think about them Let me know what you like from them

Make an order here only if you are willing to wait for almost 2 hours for substandard food. Additional comment after vendors comment: The above is based on my experience at the said place on 11/10/2021 around 12-ish or 1pm and not about my home cooked food. My sister and I waited over an hour for our shawarma. Upon inquiry, I was told that they were cooking the chicken first as only their beef filing was readily available. The young man who served us advised us to collect the beef if we couldn't wait further and we agreed. This took some more time of waiting. The shawarma was filled with mostly garlic mayo(? and some few pieces of beef. My sister's which was with sausage had 1 sausage sliced vertically into 2. This is the first time I have seen such. But hey, what you choose to do with a customers experience is entirely upto you.
