Avaliação da contribuiçãoBy far, one of the best Mexican food restaurants in Europe. The restaurant itself is very cozy and well decorated. Phenomenal customer service, our host impressively communicated in Deutsch and English to cater to our table: . The menu is extensive with lots of great options to choose from which included vegan and vegetarian options. The food is flavorful and the portions are very generous so it is well worth the price. Also, the flavor of the dishes maintains well as left overs. The fajitas, any dish with corn tortillas, chicken wings appetizers, and sangria are highly recommended. Plenty of parking is available nearby. I am definitely a certified repeat offender.
We’ve been here almost a year and so far this is the closest we’ve come to real TEX MEX. We ordered El Paso platter, Carne Asada, and Beef fajitas. We thought everything was really pretty good (they could use more jalapeños) but the carne Asada was excellent (we didn’t use the BBQ sauce) the fajitas were very good, too as was the El Paso platter. We will be back.
We spend our evening in Mexico Lindo for my dear Wife B-Day get together celebration, and it was “OUTSTANDING” The food and drinks were excellent, and we had the chance to meet and talk to the owner, we had a great time and made some new friends. And thanks to the whole staff for the beautiful memories.
I've been looking for a good place to eat Mexican food and not being able to find one, I was happy to see a TEX-MEX place with good reviews. Unfortunately it was not to be, but let me start with; the décor was pretty good, they even had cactus (fake) all over the place, the atmosphere was decent and the place had a good crowd. We were happy that we got a table, even though we did not have a reservation. As for the food and drink, it was so unimpressive that I can't remember what I ordered. But it was some sort of sampler plate that had fried jalapeno with cheese that came from a bag, same for the tiny flautas- couldn't tell if they had meat or not, but they were chewy, two corn tortilla cheese enchiladas with some funky sauce that was gooey with no flavor. Follow on with the margarita I ordered, I thought I would get a margarita on the rocks, salted and a lime, but I ended up with margarita slushy with a lemon. I will give credit to the chicken on the fajitas, well seasoned and there was plenty of onions and bell peppers. So this may have been TEX-MEX when it started out, but things have changed since those days. I couldn't make out what area of the RIO-GRAND TEX/MEX their food is supposed to be from, but it isn't from any area I ever visited growing up. I will say that the German clientential seemed to enjoy it, so they are doing something right.
I had great hopes for mexico london, the kritiken were quite positiw and there seemed to be many vegetarian options, unfortunately it was disappointing. the cheese sauce that covered the food was similar to the nacho cheese dip from the dose found in most North American stadien, in small doses ok, but leaves an unpleasant taste when eating in it is suffocated. the a few cold beans had a gray, unappetiful color and vegetarian eating was filled with something that tasted like recooked deep-cooled vegetables. mais, peaches, brokkoli etc. not very mexican. Perhaps the restaurant is oriented to the local taste, I am not sure, but it is not very authentic mexican.
