Niyog - Makati

This restaurant is completely vegan and serves the best yogurt I have ever tasted. They also offer wonderful drinks and all their products are probiotic, except for some cookies. The food here is extremely healthy and the staff are all wonderful people.

I found their booth at the Legaspi Sunday Market in Makati and was impressed by the quality of their vegan kefir and yogurt. I highly suggest trying the Ginger Lime coconut kefir flavor. The yogurt is luxuriously thick and creamy, ideal for the recipes I prepare at home. After trying these products, I noticed the abundance of rich, live probiotics that are hard to find in other store-bought brands. I also had the pleasure of meeting the friendly owners.
