Nieto's Mexican - Malakoff

It was my favorite go-to place around Cedar Creek Lake. Great food and service at price that makes it worth going a few extra miles. Great bang for your buck. Enchiladas were my favorite. chips and salsa are wonderful.

Our family attempted to eat lunch. We were greeted by a friendly man directed to a table directly by the hostess counter where 2 people were standing. We needed a highchair and menus. Our request for a highchair did not receive a response. Finally, we looked in 3 rooms and found the highchair. We saw menus and simply told the hostess (who was eating an ice cream cone) that we were taking menus since no one was serving us. She cursed at us, went in the back and continued yelling. Came to our table making false accusations as manager stood by her. Yelled that we had sat ourselves and that she is on her f break. We calmly asked her to walk away and stop yelling. She would not stop so we left. The lobby had 8 people who also left. HORRIBLE experience.

We were in the lobby waiting to be seated. Never greeted. Heard hostess yelling and cursing at other customers. Will not return.

The food was just ok. The tasted like it had no salt and like the meat had been sitting out for a long while. The restaurant needs a make over..A BIG MAKE OVER.

Great food good people and reasonable prices. Will go again and again
