A table for 4 for Saturday night. we've never been before. at the arrival we were received and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. the personal was attentive and all drinks and food were served exactly. eating is very good value for money... large portions and delicious. I would definitely go back there and recommend the pub to everyone. they also seem to be dog-friendly, what if I had realized I would have brought my staff. well made huntsman and hound 10 of 10

This beautiful, well kept pub has a real passion for its food! Today I visited with my family for a roast, we are very fussy when it comes to our food! it must be better than we can cook at home! our frying was not disappointing, the bark was amazing and the bratkartoffeln were on site, this with a great selection of sweets made us very satisfied. I'd say honestly, the best brat to eat in our opposite! a massive thanks to james and we'll see you soon!

Today as a family to lunch. eating was amazing. they love the house boiled feeling of all their dinner on a teller. I had pork that came with really crispy cracking and yorskhire pudding. the portions are very generous and an appropriate price....A must visit. a beautiful country pub with friendly staff.

Fantastic location, beautiful garden. good selection of beer. simple, high-quality eating. ham and chips, steak pee and sunday roast are all excellent and solid favorites. could not get better staff, all amazing.

I am reading all these wonderful reviews and can only assume they have had to get rid of the chef. 90% of our food I recognised as pre cooked items bought from Asda. The burger and ribs the scampi, the nuggets were clearly from a...packet in Asda. Packaged scampi is forgivable but The rest isn't restaurant worthy. The pie was a highlight we really enjoyed and i guess the oxo gravy went well with it. Really disapointing food mainly because the staff and setting is so nice. It's all very well serving cheap food but the prices reflect a good home made meal. Happy to drink here though in the future. The beer is great.
