The manager on the east side has been making sudden and unjust decisions to fire or demote long-term staff members without valid reasons, simply because he favored someone else. This has led to people being blindsided and replaced in their roles without any prior warning. I have never experienced such blatant demotions within a company, where individuals who had no history of performance issues were suddenly let go or demoted. This unfair treatment has happened to me personally and to others multiple times, and it is concerning to see such arbitrary actions being taken without proper justification.
