Brick Brew Pub-malvern

I booked last week after brick brew and they said my reservation was not in their system. I even showed the opentable confirmation emails and everything. the hostess was rude and not accommodating and said they were fully booked.

Our server was attentive and very nice, although it was busy. we ordered starters for dinner. they came out without a long wait and were delicious. it's loud, but not unbearable.

Darby was a doll. great server/ bartender, knows how to make a conversation game. great eating as usual. the short nativity lollipop was amazing.

The waiter was not attentive. Had to ask for drinks multiple times. Appetizers delivered with no plates, napkins or silverware. Just very poor service. I have been here before and the service was great so was very disappointed this visit.

We would like to see more healthy options ie more salad options and grilled options, PLEASE. It’s always freezing in the restaurant and the noise level is high. Thank you!
