Pizza Hut - Malvern

Went by couple days ago and noticed they had closed in Malvern everything I've ever ordered from this location was great sad to see another local business leave our small townGuess it's gas station pizza nowsince that's all thats left

Horrible service!! Go to dominos!!! Pizza hut in Malvern is a waste if time every time I call they have the worst customer service

They have lost their touch completely, somebody needs to buy them out. LEAVE TOWN!

Worst experience ever. Took an hour to deliver. They delivered the wrong pizza. Called to get it corrected. The person on the phone was rude. Waited an hour and a half to get the replacement pizza which was cold. The one they did delivered at first was slung all to one side of the box. I will post pics when I figure out how.

Very poor customer service!! I ordered a pizza online and requested delivery. The pizzas were delivered. One of the pizzas were correct the other one was made incorrectly. I called Pizza Hut to let them know and the manger (Bob) ask me “what do you want me to do about them making the pizza wrong”? I said fix it or refund half of my money back for the incorrect pizza. He said, No! So, now I’m stuck with a pizza that I didn’t order (cheese pizza). Last time ordering from Mr Bob if that is even your name. 6/26/20
