I want to shout to the Wendy’s at Malvern, AR. We are noticing all the improvements in customer service, food quality atmosphere. A special shout out to Gracie at the drive through window today (8/22/2023) for literally some of the BEST customer service, friendliness, while being a professional, that we have met in many a year, from anywhere in AR. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5 for its delicious flavors and quality. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff who ensured we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, although there’s slight room for improvement, which is why I rated it 4 out of 5. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, especially given the affordable price range!
