Order took a lot longer than estimated in the app, but the order was correct.
I come almost everyday and they never have chicken or rice. it’s comical how lazy they are
This place has improved 100 percent after the flood. Before the flood the staff who made the plates were not friendly. The portions were small. I took a chance and came back today. It was black and white. I applaud the manager, I don't know her name. Good job!!!
Horrible experience! I am a big fan of chipotle in Rye Brook so I expected a similar experience in Mamk. I have never had this type of experience at any other location. I got there this evening at 8:30 PM and you would think that they were closing up. I checked online and they don’t close till 10 PM. The place is run by three teenagers that really didn’t seem to care about the customer or the business. They had run out of white rice, steak, sour cream, guacamole and fajitas. I waited a few minutes at the register to pay while the cashier was counting out their tips from the tip jar. I asked why they had run out of all these items at 8:30 at night and the response was well we just recently reopened from the flood and that’s why. She also stated they didn’t prep enough items for the evening. Worst chipotle ever I will never go back! They absolutely need new management. Place is going to ruin Chipotle’s reputation.
