Avaliação da contribuiçãoYes it's expensive for what you get but the location is amazing. You always find a good seat, even at the peak of the ski season and the food is quite decent.Claudia kindly went in the back to get us corn bread when they ran out. The service is quite friendly.
We went to this dining area on Friday afternoon. The men behind the counter messed up one of our orders, so while they were fixing it, my boyfriend put a fry underneath his mask and began to eat it. Claudia came out and scolded my boyfriend to keep his mask on his face (even though it was) because this was not an eating area. Fine, we both continued to wait with our masks on. I ASSUMED that your establishment takes safety seriously. Then, while MAKING OUR FOOD, the man behind the counter removed his mask with his hand to say something to Claudia so she could see. When I tried to bring this to her attention, as I thought it was disgusting that she could scold my boyfriend, but had nothing to say about her employee removing his mask to talk to her. All 's she could say to me was, What 's your problem?! Everyone else here is wearing a a mask!! I told her I just witnessed her employee take off his mask while serving my food seconds after she attacked us for eating a French fry underneath a mask. Instead of addressing the issue, she became more aggressive and asked if I wanted to talk to a manager. Thinking she was a manager this whole time by her behavior, I said yes I would. Then she decided to say, And I 'll get security too! Needless to say, she didn 't need to get security, the comment was completely unnecessary, and the ACTUAL manager handled the situation with the mask-less employee as I thought she would have. What upsets me about all this is how poorly we were treated, and how aggressive Claudia was acting towards paying guests, when she and your employees were not expected to follow the same rules. After I spoke with a manager, she made several snide remarks and was laughing at us as we left. I am disgusted by my experience here, and I will not be back. I will be sure to leave this review in multiple places as well, since Mammoth has yet to reply to my complaint, and I will make sure to spread the word that this is a horrible place to come spend money. Tell Claudia she lost Mammoth ski resort a lot of business, as we usually take a family trip here once a year to end the season. I will surely not be coming back. Just wanted to question where your COVID safety protocols lie? Do your employees really care about safety, or are they just trying to be rude to paying customers while paying no care or attention to people serving and TOUCHING actual food? Don 't waste your money, unless you want to be treated like a criminal, but have employees breathe all over your food while you 're not looking. I understand these are trying times, but establishments need to make sure EVERYONE is following their rules, especially people behind the counter serving food. And especially if they 're going to employ overly-aggressive individuals who are looking for problems at the workplace.
I visit Mammoth 3 to 4 times each season to snowboard and I 'd always stop by Broadway Marketplace to get a burger for lunch while i am on the slopes. This last trip on 2/24/2020, i couldn 't believe how rude this cook was when i asked if he can cut my burger in half so i can share. This was his exact response when i asked to cut my burger in half, he pointed at the dinning room and said you can go over there and cut it yourself .....wow, just wow, I was very surprised to hear that because all the staffs i have come across at mammoth have always been friendly, the cooks that have been in that kitchen for years have always been friendly but this guy was rude! For that, i am giving a 1 out of 5.
Brava breakfast is awful. Hash browns solid grease. Way over priced coffee cool !
Why did they double all prices?
