The beautiful smell of eating meets them when they go through the door as if they promise a fantastic meal and do not deliver it. to say it was the best carvery I've ever had is undisputed and my girlfriend is a Fussy-Esser and nine times out ten leaves some of the meal, but she cleared the plate like my mother. I and my friend have special needs and they have the service in this look. the superior holly and her new recruited reece gave us all a pleasant experience and the prices were very reasonable as the portions were very generous. my compliments have to go to the boil, as I usually don't eat new potatoes, but they were delicious. many thanks for a fantastic night and they will see us back soon.

I was lucky to win a grill for two with wein. we have never been very pleasantly surprised before. the pub was clean and spacious with great decor and a fantastic large outdoor area. the staff was very friendly and helpful. service was fast and efficient. good serving delicious eating .not exactly michelin star style, but great pub food. will be back.

What makes for a different new management! new menu, better clientele and atmosphere. we were here on Friday night. the food was nice; really delicious and stayed hot until we were finished. really good value for money too. this is our local and we had eaten here a few times before, but eating was not great. You eat here quickly. very friendly manager, who seems to have a good idea how this place to relax together with a beautiful environment. well done

Some bad reviews on here but I have no complaints at all. Came down with my daughter on a Monday evening for grill night, freindly staff and lovely food at a good price. Really felt as if I had come to the country for a while oh and desserts yummy too . think this will be a regular thing.
