First Wok - Manchester

I won't be ordering from this place again. I'd thought I would try somewhere new, well that was a mistake when I had ordered my food I was emailed to notify me what time the food should arrive, which was 19:40 when my food did not arrive at the time I was given I waited 15 minutes before ringing. So after having waited an extra 15 minutes I decided to ring, sufficed to say they didn't really know how long it would be, when I asked for an avarage time he said and extra 20 mins, so I waited an extra 20 minutes and to no surprise nothing, in the end the food was 50 minutes late, some barely warm and with no apology or some compansation for having to wait for so long.

Fish was just warm, so not great and not what I'd expect considering it is just round the corner

Food quality was appalling and it took 80 minutes to be delivered. First and last time I will try first wok.

Ordered food at 6:20pm it didn't come til gone 10 at night. Tried to ring the restaurant at least 40 times to see where my order was the phone line was dead. Appalling service, avoid this place.
