Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe restaurant is situated in SM Megamall Ortigas Center, along EDSA Avenue. They serve typical Chinese style fresh spring rolls, which are one of my favorite snacks when I visit SM Megamall. The spring rolls are delicious and nutritious, but please be aware that they are in their early stages so it's best to ask the server for recommendations before ordering. The prices are affordable and the size of the spring rolls is just right for me. I highly recommend trying them out! (This review was updated on Friday, June 13, 2014)
The special veggie burrito at Kuya's is amazing, especially considering that Filipino cuisine is not typically known for being the most flavorful. The dish consists of a green burrito wrap filled with raw carrots, coconut sprouts, flavored peanuts, and a sweet ginger sauce. The staff is friendly, with a hint of flirtatiousness, unlike the staff at Bodhi. Priced at 45 pesos per burrito, it is a great value for the amount of food you receive. My only issue is that they do not specify the location of each stand.
During my visit to Sta. Lucia East Mall in Cainta, Rizal, I had the opportunity to try one of the meatless options. The dish was sweet, with a tasty sauce that wasn't overly sugary. It was a great option for vegetarians looking for a substantial merienda.
Kuya's special veggie burrito is truly impressive, especially considering Filipino cuisine is not typically known for its flavor. The dish consists of a green burrito wrap filled with raw carrots, coconut sprouts, flavored ground peanut, and a sweet ginger sauce. The staff is friendly, even a bit flirtatious, in contrast to the bodhi staff. Priced at 45 pesos per burrito, it is a great deal in Manila. My only complaint is that the location of every stand is not listed.
Situated inside SM Megamall Ortigas Center along Edsa Avenue, this restaurant offers traditional Chinese-style fresh spring rolls. It is one of my favorite vegetarian snacks when I visit SM Megamall. The spring rolls are delicious and nutritious, but please note that they contain egg. Make sure to inquire with the food clerk before ordering. The prices are budget-friendly and the size of the spring rolls is satisfying. I highly recommend trying their lumpia! This updated review was posted on Friday, June 13, 2014.
