It was a bad first impression. I went in and one shift was leaving and one was coming on and no one said hello. A Waffle House must. So I waited for 3 or 4 mins over a menu and no one. So I left out and sat in my car until 8am for everyone to get in place. I go back in and all the new shift seems interested is who's in 1 2 3. The loud one who told the whole store she'd need to be in 2 so she could do her various important duties. Sad I know this and she is at 3 different stores this week. But still hasn't stopped to get my order. I move closer and closer to the register when Moon saw me and asked if I had been helped or need help. I was quick to order with her. I sat there while the loud one talked but didn't notice anyone coming in the door. The food was great, the service before Moon was sloppy and disappointing. As I was leaving loud one then proceeded to tell the restaurant she's getting married. Seriously let whatever store she came from have her back. She wasn't the only one who didn't stick to sayin' hello. She acted all shocked when I told Moon that I hadn't been helped. But she didn't move to help anyone, including me. I guess my to-gos wasn't important enough. But everyone should be acknowledged even if it's togo.

I would avoid this location at all costs. My 90 year old grandmother visited this located yesterday and was treated very rudely by a woman named KAREN. Based on the interaction, it is assumed that this is not the first time she's been rude to customers as the store was completely empty. Coffee wasn't even made. We have supported Waffle House for over 30 years but this will be our last visit. This location has zero hospitality and does not appreciate it's customers. I would highly advise management at this locating to retrain staff and trim the fat. I will follow up with Corporate.
