Avaliação da contribuiçãoMarine Ramen has been CLOSED for the past couple months. I live down the street and have not seen the business open since late July 2022. When they first opened last year I attempted to eat there on a Sunday around 6pm. I was told by the owner they were closed, even though the place was over half full. They had opened around 430pm and I asked the owner what time they closed and he said right now . I asked if I could order food to go and was told we don 't do that, and if you want to come back make a reservation ! The server standing next to him apologized for his boss and I wished him luck. It was actually kinda funny and a couple standing behind me were both laughing as we all walked out. Can 't say I 'm surprised they appear to be out of business.
I got lost trying to navigate blindly to the Manhatten Pier (I know, it's literally in the name. However, due to me being lost, I found this lovely ramen spot, Marine Ramen. Atmosphere was absolutely relaxing, colorful and the staff...the staff was delightful and inviting. The food is what got me to stay happily and content. Delicious ramen that seems to be from scratch and the showmanship of the desserts that'll send your tastebuds into sweet sweet zen. Recommend dropping by because I know I'll be back to explore their other dishes and of course for more dessert.
Our group of 6 sat outside on the patio and enjoyed our drinks and our meal with a beautiful ocean view! They didn’t have the Vegan ramen which I was wanting to try but was able to make up for it with some vegetable sushi rolls which were tasty. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Only a few parking spots available in the garage alongside the restaurant but we were able to snag enough for our group. We will be back!
REALLY nice service (especially the waiter with the cool UO pants...didn't get their name), good food, and an amazing view (our group had the bottom room to ourselves with a view of the ocean). We did find the menu ordering confusing and wanted to be able to tip the staff with a credit card when we paid the bill (as we didn't have any cash).
Excellent service! We ate here on a quiet Monday night and the staff made it feel like a Michelin rated experience. We sat next to a lovely little fireplace and they brought us complimentary oranges and sake! The ramen was great and the tempura was fantastic. Would definitely recommend dining here!
