Sahara Cafe - Manitou Springs

Couldn't just walk past it after the smell that enchanted me in like those old cartoons, hands down some of the best food I have had in awhile. The hummus was delicious, the taziki was to die for, pita was fresh and soft, definitely a spot worth coming back to when back in the area! It was my first time trying falafel, and I'm very happy it was here, the kebob was delicious, I wished I had more room for seconds but it's going to be some leftovers I'm very much looking forward to.

The waitress was standoffish and not very friendly. She got two of our orders wrong, which I assume is because she didn't write down the orders. I get the sense she didn't really want to be there and didn't listen well. Food was good, service was lacking.

Best Mediterranean food we’ve found in Manitou and the Colorado Springs area. Great Jordanian flair to the food and a great value. Would recommend!

So this place is good not the best place but the food made my mouth water if you don’t like scary places don’t go to the bathroomBut you should try the banana and strawberry smoothie
