Upon entering, there was a terrible smell that I initially attributed to being an environmental issue outside. However, upon visiting the toilets, I discovered that the smell was coming from there. The toilets were filthy and reeked. The floor was covered in urine. I regret to say that this Costa Coffee shop is the worst one I have ever been to.

I feel sorry for the staff working in such poor conditions. The restaurant was infested with flies, with one flying out when a cup was picked up from a shelf. The male staff member who served me was friendly, but my drink did not taste like my usual order; my latte tasted more like sweet syrup in warm water. As I was leaving, I discovered a feces on the floor in the restroom. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.

The restaurant was dirty and understaffed, with only 2 employees working. One of the female staff members, with long dark hair, kept touching my cake multiple times as she floated around. They seemed overwhelmed and had a displeased expression on their face while serving customers on Boxing Day.

Called here Saturday morning 26th November 2022 for coffees. We use to come here about every 2 weeks but not been for about 3 years. There was a very long queue to the door, service was slow, 4 staff behind the counter, have 2 runs of the equipment to make coffee but only using one, WHY. The staff were not very customer friendly; the coffees were very weak and horrible. Shall not go again
