I have been to this restaurant twice now and Asher always goes above and beyond to ensure my order is just right. He consistently provides excellent service.
I love the service is always fast, food is fresh, and people are friendly. Unfortunately, every time we place an order online, they give us the wrong food, but we don't have this problem through the Drive-Thru. The only improvement I would suggest is to change the menu more often. The one highlighted article in the month is great, but I would like to see the other main options changed.
He waited 35 minutes just to say they don't have my order. In fact, they had no food, they had noodles and rice and that's it. The three cars waiting in front of me went out without food, thought they pulled before me. Three employees stood there and nobody could come out and tell anyone they were out of the food. The boy gave me free rice and noodles, offered free drinks. He was nice, but it's not right.
Worst panda location ever, soooooo worth it to go to any other location then this one. I also work in the food industry and these workers here are beyond rude. Never coming to this place again this was the last chance
