Einstein Bros. Bagels - Mar del plata

12:54pm and they’re closed and won’t serve me. Google says they close at 3pm. The counter person says they close at 1pm. So I can’t get a coffee 6 minutes before closing? There’s enough complaints about this online. Why not update your hours so people don’t go out of their way for nothing.

The hours are SO limited and they’re inaccurate basically everywhere you can find them. They’re open so infrequently I’m not sure why they’re in a university union. Or at least why they can’t update their hours online to reflect store hours. Additionally staff are unpleasant and rude. Ignoring patrons and acting annoyed that someone has walked up to order. I made a complaint through Einstein's corporate in hopes that they can at least adjust the hours online to accurately reflect the current store hours, if that's the issue. I can't help but wonder if the staff just open late and close early because they want to and can get away with it.

Customer service is always top-notch. I still come back 7 years later since retiring. Rochelle is awesome

Current staff at this location do not seem to understand what the store hours are and seem like they just close when they feel like it. I wouldnt be airprised if they clock in a full 8 hours on their time sheets for the 3 hours they keep the location operational

Friendly service, good quality food and coffee, and it came out quickly. Non-dairy options.
