Falafel Ammo Hamza - Mardin

Great place, super-local. abu hamza is super nice. for a type that hummus is a religion like me, abu hamzas hummus and falafel are really amazing. do not miss the opportunity to go to abu hamza.

It's very difficult to find a vegan restaurant in eastern Turkey, or even to find many vegan options. Abu Hamza serves fresh falafel (he makes it all day , delicious salad and excellent foul (fava beans , as well as hummus. Most people order to take out. We did a lot of takeout from Abu Hamza during our three weeks in Mardin, but actually ate in one time and had a chat with Abu Hamza. (The shop is tiny! He's a lovely young man who cares deeply about the quality of the food he serves to his customers. Everything is homemade except the bread (which is good anyway . We loved everything he served, but I especially recommend having him make you a falafel sandwich with vegetables; it's a huge wrap, very satisfying and will keep you going for hours. I was not sure that vegan food can find in mardin, but this place changed my mind, delicious flafel wrap with a lot of fresh vegetables made my day in mardin. they have flafel and homus as vegan eating and ful as vegetarian option, it has wide bean, tahini and kashk.

Small falafel shop with vegan and vegetarian cuisine (wraps, falafel, hummus, kicherbsen etc! the falafel are very delicious! definitely a good choice!
