Avaliação da contribuiçãoFamily friendly, casual atmosphere. My first visit to Saigon Cuisine was after watching an episode of Check Please on PBS. The reviewers raved over the food and value. It is amazing, and after many visits over the past several months it is one of my favorite places to dine. I cannot get enough of the Vietnamese egg rolls which you can wrap with fresh mint, lettuce and dip in fish sauce. My other must have is the Pho soup with grilled pork served with fresh bean sprouts, basil, and lime.
Wow. Vegetable Pho has shaken my world. Fresh crunchy vegetables with the rich cattle broth...how can something be so simple and amazing. Best if all, it's a great value. Very cost-effective for the quality of food. I felt amazing. I brought a bowl for my wife home and she was amazed at how good it was. We will be back!!!
Pho is my passion and the clamp that I can judge Vietnamese restaurants. I don't care what's missing, but who cares about the food would be good. On the positive, portion was generous, with appropriate amount of meat and side elements, but overall quality lacked, very weak taste of broth, meat was low quality, hard and stringy. I wouldn't recommend there are better places.
Good food, lousy service. As soon as my food was served, I never saw the server again. I had to go to the register to get my check. I'll let you decide.
Wow!!!! New owners and thought the ne Vietnamese owners would improve the food and service quality for this beautiful restaurant! I was very disappointed! The food was loaded with sweeteners. It seems that every Vietnamese restaurant does not make food that tastes authentically like many Hispanic restaurants. The extradition was a pig soup and was very hot. A taste and I couldn't eat for the sweet. Nasty vegetables too. The line has already been pressed. I hope the owners read this and fix the problems! Good luck!
