Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy Trini husband was not a fan of the doubles but I thought they were ok. The bussup shut and goat were good. The owner was nice and attentive.
Was my go to place when I passed by Atlanta area but absolutely not any more. Last two times horrible food, uncooked roti skin, soggy and raw doe with dry pea lacking any flavor at all. Total waste of my money especially living 7hours away and the experience stands out. Will never recommend this place nor visit. Doubles were made with no care and slapped together with no sauce and overcooked mixed with undercooked chickpeas. $80 a waste for the second time…thrown in trash.
The most delicious Caribbean food I’ve ever had! Every main dish and side is incredible. I’m so glad my friend brought me here. I will definitely return!
First off my partner and I refer to the owner as Mama because of you leave here hungry that's your fault. Because Tassi Roti Shop is the best food around! I would suggest that you try the aweetcorn coo coo amazing!! Oh and make sure you get your roti skin (bread) it's amazing to use to eat your jerk chicken with!!
Very KIND people and the place is homely and peaceful. The food on the other hand is bland. If youve never had trinidadian food youll like it. If youre trinidadian then youll be extremely disappointed. The food lacks salt. The callaloo has too much coconut milk. The dalpuree roti is old and hard. The hype of this place has to come from the celebrities and the people who arent trinidadian and have no clue what trini food is supposed to taste like. If the owner is reading this i humbly ask can you PLEASE make the food fresher and tastier. If youre really a trini you know for a fact this food could NEVER fly back home or in any trinidadian neighborhoods. Thank you.
