I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food materials didn 't appear fresh, and there was an issue with communication, as the staff member, who happened to be of Asian descent, was mumbling and difficult to understand. As soon as I walked in, he repeatedly insisted, Cash only, we don 't accept credit cards, no card, no card! This was perplexing to me, as there was a functioning P.O.S. machine on the counter, and it didn 't make sense why they wouldn 't accept bank cards, especially considering it 's a Canadian franchise food company.!!!
Didn't get the name of the man working today but he was really prompt and delivered a good friendly experience today. Subs were made with care. Too bad Subway prices are pretty expensive now or else I would prob visit this location again
The owner is really kind and great with customers. I’m pretty sure the negative reviews are for the younger employees that work there. It’s a completely different atmosphere when the owner is there though. I got a free cookie and was offered a free 6inch sandwich for a mistake a new employee made.
