Can you say, "dropped the ball" Normally love this place for good food, easy BYO, accessible location;...this weekend, not so much. Took a moderately large group for a birthday dinner...and it became pretty apparent the current staff can't handle the load. If you're going with people, and you're having pizza and salad, all good. BUT...if you have a larger group, and order an array of entrees, you could run into trouble. We did We had chicken entrees that had to be sent back twice as the chicken was still ****. If you know chicken, you know this is a bad thing. Even simpler things...a straightforward pasta dish for the birthday girl...took so long that all other entrees were out and eaten before she got hers The good news was that the server was great but it's really tough for a server to make up for a misfiring kitchen staff. Hopefully, it will get better..

Our meal was very good. It was very warm in the restaurant. So warm that perspiration was running down our necks which did not make the meal enjoyable. We were told it was from the door opening and closing which we found very hard to believe
