Very busy little place in Ocean StreetAsian influence dishes - great for sharing with friends.
Love the food here The Ramen is my favourite but it's all good!!! If I don't feel like cooking (which isn't often) and I feel like something light and
We had been to this restaurant at the far end of Ocean Street several times on our last trip when it was called Lemongrass and really loved it. It has now changed both name and owners. We hoped it would be as good but, unfortunately, it wasn't.To start we ordered Japanese Prawn Dumplings and Salt & Pepper Calamari. The dumplings were good, but the Calamari was tough although quite tasty. For mains we ordered Beef Massaman Curry and Coconut Garlic Prawns. Unfortunately both dishes were disappointingly bland and we didn’t really enjoy them. In fact, I’ve looked back on my previous review and our favourites last time (with the exception of the Japanese prawn dumplings) were exactly the same as we chose this time. But whereas last time we raved about the standard of cooking, this time things were very different unfortunately. We took our own wine, having enquired about byo before we booked and being told corkage was $10 per bottle. However, having eaten there we do feel that it is somewhat high bearing in mind that some much better restaurants in Maroochydore have evenings with no corkage charged and the fact that in Noosaville $10 corkage is right at the top of the range. We were really disappointed with our meal although the service was friendly and efficient. But in all honesty we couldn’t recommend it and would not return. There are so many excellent restaurants in Maroochydore to visit.
Always love going for dinner at Fusion on Ocean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The meals are large and always very well presented and delicious. You won't be disappointed if you dine here.
