Love their squash soup! It was a cold evening, and there were all sorts of places to choose from, but my husband looked for Panera. I grumbled to myself thinking what will I choose? The minute I saw the soup. I knew I was in for a treat! Glad we stopped!

The older woman working today is strongly rude she came asked me how I was and talked about the 90s and when I asked her how old she was she responded with I'm telling you my age.. first off you came over and talked to me and asked me about my age.. I just felt attacked for no reason and made me feel uncomfortable. I wished I would've told her to leave me alone when she tried to talk to me her name is Sharon or shared it's the older lady obviously in her 40s 50s

The only things that make up for the slow service is the baguette. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting on soup.

Horrible service. Requested a pick-up order, and they forgot the pastry I paid for. Paid extra to add steak to my sandwich, and they didn't even bother to add that either. Not to mention, they sent an email saying they were a bit behind on orders. So obviously, they rushed to try and make up time and messed up the entire thing. Needless to say, they've lost any future business from me.
