However, I’ve noticed that my orders tend to get messed up more often when I order through the app. When I order in person, the staff is fantastic, and the orders are usually spot-on. This time, I requested light oil and vinegar, but all the sandwiches were completely drenched in it. By the time I got home, the bread was soggy, and I only live 7 minutes away. I’m really disappointed because just two days ago, they fulfilled the same request perfectly.
I usually order my food to go, and the last time I visited, I had a Philly cheesesteak. However, it didn't seem to be cooked properly or thoroughly. Generally, my experiences there have been quite good, so I hope that the next time I go, they will make sure to cook the food, especially the Philly cheesesteak, correctly.
The service at this location is always quick. In my opinion, it's the best chain sandwich shop! Just be prepared to spend a bit more than you would at Subway or Jimmy John's, but it's definitely worth it.
The subs are top notch and easy to order ahead using App. Since I requested no cheese but sub had a mound of melted goo on top of the chicken, I only gave four out of five stars. Luckily I had a Lactaid tablet with me for counteracting the lactose. Stephen ordered the buffalo chicken adding portabela mushrooms and thought it was the bomb!
The sandwiches here can be inconsistent. I've been ordering the same sandwich for years, but lately, it’s been a bit of a gamble. This restaurant really needs to improve its consistency.
