Avaliação da contribuiçãoWas picking up an order and was in line for 40 minutes. Food was ice cold. Came back later for a neighbor and the dining room was closed, 3 hours early, and say in line for 70 min to pick up a order she had ordered in app, online.
This location used to be our favorite, but now every time we go they forget over half of the items that we have ordered through the drive-through.
Reviews below are a reflection of what I am about to say and how awful their service is. Their food portions are really really small. What you see on the menu is not what you are going to get.. which is common sense. They derive their revenue fromcloseups and enlarged food items to make it look appealing. As if that wasn't enough, they missed one of the items we ordered -chicken quesedilla. It's almost $5 and if you are like me who live about 15 minutes away, you're going to loathe coming backhere. Might as well accept your fate and move on. This was my first time coming here and it will be my last! Go somewhere else,people. It's not worth waiting in line! P.S: I don't know if they are too tired to take your order correctly or doing it onpurpose, it's something that needs to be forwarded to the manager, so it can be improved upon. So many orders are given outincorrectly and people don't realize until they are home.
Very slow service. By the time you get your food it's cold and missing items on more then 1 occasions. Food is just thrown in the bad and if you have chips or cinnamon twist there normally all over the bag. Reconsider if your thinking about going here.
Not sure what the super negative reviews are about... I travel a lot and when I'm in/around Yuba a like to come to this location. Staff has been friendly in my experience, and the lobby, visible parts of the kitchen, and (very importantly thebathrooms have been clean for all the times I've stopped here. :
