Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis venue has two trucks on site - an ice cream truck and a food truck - located right at their home, which may be easy to miss. During our visit, we only tried the ice cream truck and were blown away by the quality of the sundaes. All the toppings, from the hot fudge and caramel sauce to the fresh fruit and assortment of toppings, were homemade. Definitely worth a visit.
Fish and fries are very good. Second trip was for a burger. Everything was done right but the meat tasted like meatloaf. Will go back for the fish.
Fish and chips are amazing! Best Food truck food I have ever had anywhere! A great menu and can't wait to try more of their food next time I am in Masset. The staff are very friendly and provide just Great service. This is a MUST visit if you go to Masset in Northern Haida Qwaii!
Fresh tuna sandwich, sweet potato fries, Cole slaw; hard to get better than this. Just have to be there when they're open.
With the limited options to go anywhere under the COVID-19 measures, we decided to just go for a long drive around the island on Queen Victoria's day holiday. We did not expect the Ice cream shop opened until we saw patron activity driving around Masset. This is still Charter's Food truck sister kiosk called Sweets Treats. On the Charter's Facebook page, they update their open hours almost regularly. Wait time is not too long and service is polite and efficient. Our orders were ready in under 5 minutes. The payment method is tap so it made it way quicker. We arrived just before the afternoon rush started. For $6 for a sundae cup, we decided on Banana Cream and Caramel Walnut. All sundaes are soft serve and the toppings were generous. There are other sundae options, regular soft serve, and chocolate-dipped. For an added bit of luxury, you can indulge in a sexy waffle cone for your chosen sweet treat. We truly liked our sundaes and finished them in the next 10 minutes. We highly recommend you to try out this ice cream shop.
