Snappers Grill - Matagorda

Cute place and amazing food, we did have to wait over an hour for the food to come out tho. And it was just burgers.

We took our grandson to the beach for the day and stopped by here on the way home that evening. The staff were friendly, but it took a while for someone to come take our order and for us to get our food (we were the only customers there when we placed our order). The food was hot and fresh, and tasted good, but portions are a bit small for the price. My husband wasn’t a fan. His shrimp wasn’t deveined and the vein had a rubbery texture in every single one he bit into, and his coleslaw was very soupy. I had shrimp, too, but mine tasted good. The grilled green beans were really good, too. Probably not a place I’d stop at again, but it made for a great end to our beach day.

Absolutely the best burger and fries in Matagorda, hands down for the price, you can't beat it......

This place is so good! I had the coconut shrimp with the potato and cucumber salad. It was fresh and homemade. I ate every bite. The pina colada dip for my shrimp was “chefs kiss”!

Food was so good! Even our picky kids ate all their food and my son actually wanted to go back. So we'll be stopping there again when we go back! Oh and I had a hurricane, it was yummy!
