Avaliação da contribuiçãoI recently moved to the area and decided to check out this restaurant. It turned out to be quite small, but they did have a decent selection of vegan options. When I arrived, a friendly guy welcomed me and offered his assistance if I needed anything, which was nice. However, an older woman then approached and asked if I needed help. I politely declined, but she continued to follow me from a distance, watching me intently. She asked me again if I needed assistance, and I reiterated that I was just browsing. My visit was brief—only about five minutes—so it wasn't as though I had been there long enough for her to be waiting for a request. This made me feel really uncomfortable, and ultimately, I left without making a purchase.
I have been shopping at this store on and off for about nine years. The selection may be small, but it features a great variety of vegan products, including Daiya, vegan supplements, snacks, and other foods. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful, and if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they are willing to order it if possible. I have been boycotting Whole Foods for a while now, and I believe local businesses like this one truly deserve our community’s support instead of large corporate health food chains.
