Chipotle Mexican Grill - Matteson

I had the Sofritas Burrito for the first time today for the promotion. And it was fantastic! Excellent work. I love Chipotle anyway, but I would definitely get the Sofritas again! Thank you for your good food, staff and keep the good work!

Update 6. March 2016: This restaurant has turned things around 180 degrees. Excellent service no settings), food was great, I see that it helps to say it as it is. today's review: 5 stars, unlike the previous review.. I hope this helps, because I can see how very hard everyone has worked to turn things around, and there was much less stress on the employees to do wonders. Stop it. I love Chipotle. The previous review shown below was also accurate at this time. I noticed many changes in personnel and many adjustment improvements. Good job. at this time 2 stars) The food is okay, but why is it when I come in, someone has to throw their eyes on me or be rude to me? Is that a management problem? Oh yes... there are some people who are happy to enjoy their job, and Kudos to them! But it seems like there's always one who gives me a dirty look when I ask for something extra I can pay for? Why do they have to act angry? And by the way, I always tilt. Maybe this will end. I can't think of a time in the last two years. when I had a good experience here, though I had many with other Chipotles. Maybe. I'm just going somewhere.

I had a very bad day went into getting my dinner Antoinette I think her name was the cashier, the person who made my bowl marked it w a C and it should have been a S so that I told her .. the cashier ranked up my dinner and the deleted I asked her why no fee she gets to get a person for the day to she dinner or lunch an I was her person .. I was overwhelmed, I said thank you and made a smile.... Thanks again.

Best Chipotle in this area. Meal was hot! I ran late and thought I had a cold Burrito bowl. No! And they didn't jump on the portions either. So many other chipotles get cheap with their meat. But here? No! Good stuff. Not safe on other reviews about bad attitude workers; I tend to avoid the lines and simply order them on the app. Everything was good!

I hesitantly gave this place a 5 star rating. Most of the time they are on point and do an excellent job of having the order ready whenever I pull up for deliveries. On the other hand, there has been times when I arrived and the staff is discombobulated because of the long line. I understand that it can be difficult trying to service the online orders and in-store customers simultaneously. Never the less it's fustrating waiting 20 minutes after the order should have been ready. Also I want to mention how their drink dispensers are always broken. Management need to call a technician and get it fixed. Other than that the food is delicious.
