Bruster's Ice Cream - Matthews

Visited on a Thursday. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Prices are appropriate. Not close to my job, I wish it was.

Love their waffle bowls and the cotton candy ice cream is so amazing. They have a new reward program that you can get 3 dollars off just for joining. I love their ice cream!!

Mkay, what's not to love about fresh ice cream?! Brusters is the only ice cream that doesn't make me feel bloated.. and is now the ONLY ice cream spot I visit! Try it once and you'll be back. I eat there year around!

The staff was very helpful and observant. Feels similar to a cafe in Chicago I liked.

I waited in line last night for almost 30 minutes with 2 people in front of me. There was one girl working. She seemed to be making a big order. After about 10 minutes 2 other people came out of the back. The girl took the order of the person in front of me. The girl that had been working by herself took a big order from the other person in front of me. The male worker walked around, walked around, and helped no one. After making the order the girl from the back told me she’d be back in a minute and closed the window on me. Meanwhile the hard working girl was still working on a big order by herself. The male worker was still doing NOTHING! While I waited 3 sets of people came and left. That will be the LAST time I go there. My question is: does the owner even realize the business he/she is losing? I, too would give them a 0 if I could.
