Avaliação da contribuição5:48 tonight we ordered a pizza and breadsticks. At 6:22 I received a text that our food was out for delivery. Yay! At 8:00 STILL no pizza so I checked what time the delivery said it would arrive. The message said 30-45 minutes. We're now well over an hour past the time it was supposed to arrive. So I called. After 20 minutes on hold I finally got a person and told him the order said it should have been here at 7:00 and if he could call and find out where it was. He said oh it's here we're just waiting on another order to come out of the oven so the delivery guy can deliver both orders. COMPLETELY unacceptable. 30 minutes later it arrives cold. It was seriously the worst time I've ever had Pizza Hut pizza. The food was bad the service was atrocious- this place should close their doors. Will never order from here again.
Ordered pizza online and I was given a 15-20 minutes time for when pizza would be ready. After waiting at the restaurant for a total of 40 minutes I was asked what I ordered because they hadn't started my pizza. They couldn't find my order so they asked for my receipt because they had not started to make the pizza and needed to start to make it. Unbelievably awful service! When I asked for the managers number he told me she didn't like calls so he wouldn't give it to me.I left without the pizza and I was given a cash refund which of course also took more of my time. Stay away from this place!
Did not take cupons from local school fundraiser even with there address listed.
Food was good, but no buffet, no tea, and it was cold in there. I can see doing away with the buffet because of food cost now a days, but to not carry tea????
Another reviewer described this place as a hit or miss . My experience with this store has been a complete miss. The first time I ordered, it was from the website. The store manager called me and said they had no drivers. Apparently their site is incorrect stating delivery was available. It 's almost 2020 and they don 't tie their clock in system with the website driver availability... I use to work for Pizza Hut when I was in high school and that store had cross trained employees so an available manager, cook, or waiter would deliver when short of drivers.
