La Fiesta - Maumee

My daughter’s street tacos were COLD. The rice and beans were hardened on top, the rice should not be crispy. The fajitas for two was a fajita for one. They really looked picked through, with onions. Let me tell it was a party of people, the burritos were cold, the street tacos were cold, the guacamole was like pico. AND the waitress was RUDE and my margarita was juice, damn berry kool aid is what it was. This place is not what everyone hyped it up to be.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is always amazing. Our server Juan was very friendly and gave excellent service. Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in Toledo. We always enjoy eating here, however, the past 2 times we have had an issue with our drink order for some reason. The first time we ordered a frozen margarita but ended up with a more expensive version. Maybe he thought we said golden ? Very good but not what we ordered. This past visit we both ordered a regular frozen margarita. When they came, we thought they looked like jumbos. The bill confirmed they were. I asked about this since I knew I ordered a regular and the drink menu states regular is a smaller option. I was told I needed to state I wanted a small not regular as the wait staff considered that a jumbo . Okay, I will remember that next time. I questioned the price of the jumbo since I remembered (and checked) that the sign in the waiting area in the waiting area said they were $9.50. I was told that was the price for certain days (not the day we were there). So, I looked at the sign again on the way out. Sorry but no where does it say that price is for specific days. In any case, we still like eating here, but will remain vigilant regarding our drink order since the wrong version can quickly add up to a more expensive bill.
