Absolutely worst customer service in history of customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would .The manager lady there is one of the rudest most disrespectful, racist people I’ve ever met in my life. I walked into the store around 11:30 am and she was cleaning the drink fountain, and there was no one else in the store. She didn’t say anything to me, and proceeded to clean. I waited for 2 minutes before I left. She did not say hold on, or she’ll be with me in just a minute, she just looked at me and gave me a dirty nasty look. Very unprofessional to say the least. She really needs to be fired. DO NOT go to this subway
So I walked in. The lady doesn’t greet or say anything with EYE contact. I asked if the footlongs are still available. Only because I haven’t been to subway in 7 years give or take. She says to look at the menu behind her and then talk in her Bluetooth. I’m ready and she continues to ignore me for 2-5 minutes in line. Then I believe it’s her manager who has a wonderful personality. Took my order. The food doesn’t have any taste. Can’t even taste the salt or pepper or the oil and vinegar on my sandwich.
