La Tequila - Maywood

I absolutely love this place! I've visited many Mexican restaurants across LA, Ventura, San Diego, and Orange County, from casual spots to fine dining, and this one stands out. The decor is charming, and the food is always served hot and bursting with flavor. The service is exceptional; the staff frequently checks on you and they're all incredibly friendly. While prices are on the higher side, I've been there several times and will definitely go back. I just can't get enough of it!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitress was extremely rude, which really put a damper on the visit. Unfortunately, the food was also underwhelming—it's a shame because the place itself has a nice atmosphere. Additionally, they offer karaoke, but the sound system was poorly managed; you have to be right next to the speaker just to hear the music.

All staff are very friendly.... Drinks and food are really good. And the D.J. wonderful... I have to...

I asked the waitress about there fanous Tequila shrimp and she said she never tried it. What??? Shame on the management. Anyways I ordered it anyways. It was delicious
