Country Omelette - McAllen

Oh my, why did I wait so long to try this place! My husband and I recently visited, and we were so pleasantly surprised. As soon as you walk through the door, you're greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee! They open at 6 AM, and the prices are great. The portion sizes are generous too! I plan to take my whole family here for breakfast during the Christmas break. Don’t wait years to experience this local gem!

During my first visit to this lively restaurant around 10 o'clock, I was pleased to find plenty of space. The waitress was fantastic, attentively taking care of our table. I decided to try the pancake special, which consisted of two large pancakes. However, I found the one egg and two pieces of bacon to be a bit on the small side; I would have preferred at least two eggs. Overall, the meal was enjoyable. One of my friends ordered an omelet along with a waffle and praised both dishes. Another friend chose the French toast and absolutely loved it. The customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was really good.

This restaurant truly lives up to its name. The breakfast is fantastic, featuring delicious pancakes, eggs, speck, and exceptional sausage bread. The service is excellent as well—the staff was friendly and cheerful, which is refreshing to see these days. Highly recommended!

My eating was amazing, the cookies and waffeln were for them. the service was even better. if they ever want a good meal without breaking the bank. you have to come here. I'll be back soon!

Amazing customer service. Loved the atmosphere. Some of the workers were not very happy with the cooks, but everything was great. Sat at the bar. Will definitely go back
