Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis JIB really takes the fast out of fast food as well as the English. First, they answer the drive through mic in Spanish. I responded in English as that 's my first language and we are indeed in the USA. So, the person tells me just a second. There are NO cars in the drivethrough and no customers inside. I waited about 3 minutes to place my order. I ordered one sandwich only, just the sandwich alone. I was told to pull around by the front entrance after paying. I then waited about 10 more minutes and thought maybe they had forgotten about my order as there were NO CUSTOMERS in the restaurant. I decided to call the store, which a manager answered the phone in Spanish as well. I explained that I had been waiting a little while in drivethrough and needed to leave and that all I couldnsee were workers standing around inside. The person said ok? What are you missing? At that time a gentleman rushed out with my order so no need to continue THAT convo..... I can say the sandwich was good and surprisingly kinda hot, but I think the workers here may need a reminder that we are still in AMERICA and they are working for an AMERICAN FAST FOOD CHAIN. If I go to Taqueria La Mexicana then I expect to be answered in Spanish, but come on, Jack in the Box?!?!
Stay away from this location!! Not sure what's going on with employees and food quality here but I do know there still severing people trash for the past year. Fries are discussing buns are old the burgers are super greasy, and smashed every time also burgers are burnt with sloppy dressing making it unedable. This will be my last time at this location Nolana and 2nd is way better.
They give u bad order then when u call the manager tells u he's giving u the combos back since they mess up ur order then when u go their cheap assets only give u a damn burguer plus's manager gives u attitude
Let me begin by not even getting my receipt, but I can allow the employees to park on my 2 sandwiches that they had not given, contingencies or napkins, so I asked them for them to turn around with a stance and say back to the line if u want your condiments and I said sorry You go me u parked in line another 10 min for my condiments and I said that all this could be avoided by simply bringing napkins and spices into my pocket. There are unprofessional unprofessional they do not even wear name tags gave me not my receipt lasted too long for my order no wishes.
Friendly staff, bargain prices, good food, these are a blessing in the Rio Grande Valley.
