Floyd's Frosty - MCCLOUD

Burger and fries were excellent, staff was extremely friendly, and the prices were super reasonable compared to some similar small burger joints I've recently been to. It was extremely busy, although to be fair, it was around noon, there's a Mushroom festival this weekend, and it's Memorial Weekend to boot. The seating inside can feel a bit cramped, especially with so many people trying to order, HOWEVER, if you manage to snag a table outside, you get a pretty awesome view of Mt. Shasta between some houses across the street (would be even better if the weather wasn't so cloudy).

Had lunch here yesterday afternoon on our way to hedge Creek Falls. Had a barbecue bacon, burger, and the elk cheeseburger. Both were really good and I loved the tanginess of the barbecue sauce. The fries are pretty good as well. My wife really liked the soft serve ice cream cone that she got. The strawberry milkshake is good too The employee behind the register was very kind to us and informative. We also had some very pleasant conversation with some of the locals that we’re having lunch there. Would definitely recommend stopping by here on your way through or if spending the night.

Floyd’s is a tradition for my family. Whenever we find ourselves on I-5 we go out of our way to drive to McCloud for Floyd’s. The food is good the sides are big so might split the fries or tots. The banana milkshake is amazing.

I love Floyd's. The food is always great, service is done with a smile and excitement for you to he there. A simple menu covers everything you could want. A+

Ordered a burger and tots, sat outside to enjoy the view of Mt Shasta and the gladly brought our food to us. And it was delivered out to us with a gracious smile!
