China One - McCormick

Food is served by people who are really proud of their food. IDK, talking to Robert Rich, but the people here in McCormick, SC are the most welcoming and friendly people we know. I was totally taken back what he said. Maybe he's from New York and doesn't understand the southern hospitality. When people wave, it is a sign of welcome, not like New York, where it means an TOTAL different thing.

Too expensive for quality and quantity. The buffet is the only thing that is used earlier. Lunch unlimited for 10. Could also cancel the rest of the day.

I love China 1! Thin food is always freshly cooked when I order. Steak and Broccoli are very good. Steak is tender. The shrimp bread is excellent! I order the fried Chinese chicken wings without flour. Yummm!

Been before but every time it’s a great experience the food was fresh good and not greasy like the places in NAug. We went kayaking that yesterday and was hungry we did have a cooler with cold drinks. We drank water in the parking lot and then ordered we tip well drinks should be free the lady at the counter gave us cold bottled water and was super nice. Did not charge us for or waters and asked if we wanted more super nice place and very clean. I really appreciate the level of hospitality they showed us. Most places would charge you for water in the bottle. Tip your service provider as you would want to be tipped even if it’s before hand that goes a long way

First time here, and we will never be back. Also brought the food back and requested a refund. When we walking in, ordered, and sat down to wait for our food, we noticed many ants on the table and seats, and a very unclean environment. Once our food was ready we took it and went home, we started eating our food and my husband found METAL shaving in his food! This can be deadly if ingested and we will be watching for symptoms as 24 hours passes, although he did stop eating after finding the metal shaving, we are unsure if any of us actually ingested any. Myself our toddler and my husband all ate some of our food before noticing this. Please for the safety of yourself and your family DO NOT eat here! Its cheap for a reason! This place was actually very busy, and that is so concerning its also to be noted that they do not pick up their phones very quickly, it took me calling 6 times to receive a picked up call, and then she hung up on me and i had to call back, just unprofessional all around.
