The first time at a Truetts-Kick fil a and it was great! I tried the loaded waffelfries with Pimento cheese sauce, which was just okay. but the service and manager and mac and cheese were great! the fruit is a good choice (not only honigtau) many possibilities. a they gave my son 2 stickers, a sticky poster and a little activity book that was really beautiful

We used Truett's for our rehearsal dinner and the best word we could think of to describe our experience is PHENOMENAL! Leah was a gem to work with; her kindness, attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, and professionalism are extremely above par. The team she brought with her was kind, hard-working, and so personable. We had a group of about 75 people and everyone made sure to tell me that it was the best meal of the whole wedding weekend. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being the easiest vendor to work with and making our rehearsal dinner a breeze it is greatly appreciated!

Fun, retro style place to get your typical chick fila food with the same great service you get at a chick fila. The place ia set up for both full service dining and take out or quick service. I was disappointed that the cutest area, with a replica of a trolley for a seating area, was closed off to customers and saved for employees. Place was clean as a whistle, including the restrooms. Service was a little slow for what one is used to getting at other chick fil a's. Parking was big but busy and a bit hard to get around. Nice Covid related socially distanced tables. Team on the back seemed a little overwhelmed. My guess is that they were short staffed. Would like to visit again to do the full service, table dining next time.

Literally asked for some nuggets and hash browns bites they had one job . I got home to just nuggets AND I WAS CHARGED !!!

This is a great place for true CFA fans to check out. I'm not going to say the food was great, but it wasn't bad. I ordered the Hot Brown, it was cooked well. The side salad was also good. I would expect nothing less from CFA.
