Domino's Pizza - McKinney

They were pretty busy but the pizza was just below par at this location. It was supposed to be reg crust but was really thin but not the way the thin crust is cooked. And it was crooked and drenched with sauce. The cheese bread was one big log. I suppose they forgot to cut it but the cheese in the middle was not even cooked. We were at the hospital so had no utensils to try and cute it so it was not that enjoyable.

Second time I have gone and asked for peppers and parmesan and was told they do not carry it. I thought it was a shortage issue but was told this location specifically doesn't carry it. I am certainly not a whiney person, it just stinks not to enjoy my meal they way I would like to. I guess the rest of it is fine, but I think this is a real short-sighted way to run a location and such a small way to not have your customers last thought to be one of disappointment as they leave the store.

Well now I know why all the Domino's pizzas close down in Italy. The local McKinney Domino's have refused to supply Parmesan and crush red peppers. Cheap bastards. No wonder all these ratings for Domino's are so low. I should have checked them before I ordered. If you want the best pizza in McKinney. Order from rosati's. Far Superior Pizza same price maybe better.

This is THE WORST DOMINOES. I waited over 50 minutes for my order and simply had to leave. Order still wasn 't ready. They burned my cookie brownies, just like the guy cutting the pizzas wasn 't actually cutting **** and letting pizzas fall out of the oven. Literally 2 people catching pizzas and couldn 't get it done. This new generation of workers shows me we are truly fucked as a nation. I will not return. Pizza Hut right up the street. I bought my house 2 years ago and this Dominoes just keeps getting worse. The guy who refunded me was super nice, but other than that the other workers could care less and did a terrible job. It takes about 8-10 minutes to cook a pizza and they had plenty of staff, just simply **** poor work ethic plain and simple. I don 't want free ****, I want you to do a good job like I did when I was your age, tired of the shitty service. Pizza Hut was quick got my order done before the stated time and they had less workers and Just as busy... Weird.

Every time I order from this location the order is completely wrong. Decided to order again to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was wrong again. Called the store manager to explain and she eventually hung up on me I called back and she hung up again. Third time she ignored me and just held the phone. The staff needs basic training and the manager is very rude. I do not recommend this store at all, we paid too much for this type of service.
