Mechanicsville Burchmart

I've visited this restaurant twice recently, and both times the staff have been quite rude. I'm very disappointed.

I walked in and asked where the restroom was, and the employee told me, "No public restroom." I was surprised because there's a Subway restaurant inside, but no bathrooms available! I'll take my business elsewhere. The staff was very rude.

No bathroom?!? That's what we were informed. I really can’t understand why they wouldn't provide restroom facilities for their customers. We had intended to grab some snacks for our trip, but we decided to take our business elsewhere. I won’t be coming back.
