Outback Steakhouse - Mechanicsville

Our waiter Chase was the best server we have ever encountered! So attentive and kind, knowing just when to come over to check on us, and when to leave us alone. Outback restaurant is so fortunate to have him as an employee. He was genuinely happy to serve us and it was obvious he loved his job! The food was excellent as well. Thank you for such a great experience!

Food was overpriced with small portions, they were out of many things on the menu and the service was poor, waitress didn’t listen to multiple requests and had missing food items. The sangria I got was watered down, wouldn’t recommend.

Went for a late lunch. Got the garlic parm chicken bites for appetizer, bloomin burger, and fried aussie chicken. Chicken bites were very salty and tasted like nuked frozen chicken. Burger was overcooked and again seemed nuked. Aussie chicken was bland with very little sauce drizzled on it. Overall, not worth the $43 plus tip.

My husband and I arrived 30 minutes before closing and the service and food was the best we have had from anywhere in years. Amanda (the waiter and the staff had spectacular customer service. The food was so hot and delicious. You all really made me and my husbands night. Please keep up the great work. I give a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend
