Avaliação da contribuiçãoHonestly, that was the best and tasteful food I had in Medellin. The nachos were fire and the spicy beer was to die for
This Texan has been missing spicy hot food and La Jalapeña has it! The Burrito, aztec soup and spicy nachos were all delicious. The small amount of cheese on the nachos was strange tho. Tex Mex food in my experience is always on cheese. But no deal breaker. I'll return absolutely.
Authentic Mexican food and homemade spicy sauces. The service was nice and welcoming and the place was not expensive! The only negative thing was the toilets that were so small that you could hardly pull in there.
Most Colombians don't like spicy food, making good Mexican food hard to find. Being from Texas and California, this has been an ongoing issue living in Medellin. That's what makes discovering La Jalapena that much more of a jackpot. This is absolutely authentic Tex Mex food, My favorite is the enchilladas, but the menu is packed with treasure for a Mexican food junkie like me. And it's ridiculously cheap.
Big Tex Med, big Salsas. Always joining. I've eaten a lot of dishes in this facility and still have to be disappointed.
