Avaliação da contribuiçãoI haven’t tried too many gyro places so take this with a grain of salt, but out of all the places I have tried in Miami this by far the worse tasting gyro I’ve ever had. Didn’t enjoy it at all. No other complaints besides that, just didn’t taste good. Same with the falafel, it was too hard and didn’t have that great taste compared to other places.
My first time staying at this hotel. All is good except tye front desk needs customer service training specially when u are working for brands like Hyatt. Rude lady on her phone when I was to check out didnt even ask me how my stay was. Just said drop ur keys here. Lady, u should be working as security and not at front desk
Front Desk was awesome, hotel meet my expectations, staff was friendly, room was cleaned everyday, breakfast was usual and free every morning, everything was walking distance, parking was free. Price was a bargain.
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Very friendly and nice staff members at the front desk. As soon as we checked in, a staff offered us free bottles of water as I am an elite member. Very nice! On the other hand, the facility itself needs detailed attention. Our previous visits including this time, the shower curtain rail was loose and felt like it may fall on top of your head. Whenever the room had some issues, we informed the front desk. The maintenance people came and did quick fixes which was great. But since this time was only 1 night stay, we did not bother doing it. The hotel itself needs total facelift, not just renovating the floor and the bathroom tiles. It is too bad that the staff quality is so good but the facility is not up to it.
Stayed for a business meeting I had to attend in Miami. Overall the room size is great. Very large and spacious. The bed was comfortable and clean and the bathrooms was as well. Sadly the carpet and sofa were very stained and I was apprehensive about walking barefoot on the floor or even sit on the sofa since it looked like something was dropped on it. The room has a little kitchenette area with a fridge and microwave. Sadly the micro was not working and had to use the one in the lobby kitchen. The staff was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience and did the best they could to make my stay pleasant. They looked into moving me to another room, but they seemed to be fully booked.
