What a gem! This is the perfect place to order a cake for a special occasion. The Tim Tam Mudcake was excellent and the Nutella/Kit Kat toppings were sublime. Thanks Isabelle for the cake and thanks for your great communication! Will come back again!

I’ve finally found out what all the fuss is about. It’s the amazingly good service, really friendly, personable and cheerful. <br/ <br/ It’s the cakes... OMGosh yessssss hahaha it’s the cakessssss <br/ <br/ I only tried a slice of salted caramel macadamia cheesecake and it took me to another level. It was velvet in my mouth, w a creamy texture but silky smooth. <br/ <br/ I’ve never tasted anything like it before... why have I been missing out?? Well I won’t be anymore as we are going to order a cheesecake for Xmas ... Yay!! Hahahaha <br/ <br/ And thanks to Hello. Imnikki for recommending this total gem. Now I see why you keep going back again and again.

Every now and then something really special comes along. This is one of those times. There’s so much care and attention to detail put into everything you get from this place.

We ordered a cake for my daughter's 1st birthday and it was simply incredible!!! I was amazed with the flavour. Matilda was so nice to communicate with. The whole experience was perfect. Cannot wait to try more of their cakes

I'm a big home baker myself, so I can appreciate the love and effort that goes into small artisnal bakeries and cake houses. It takes passion and patience to get up every day and produce delicious baked goods that are also appealing to the eye. Proof Bakehouse on busy Bridge Road is the perfect example of a little bakery cafe full of heart. The light space has several comfortable places to sit and enjoy a coffee and cake. The ambience is relaxed and the staff are chatty and friendly; and it's obvious they are passionate about their baked goods. <br/ <br/ With so many gorgeous treats on offer it was a difficult choice, but I finally settled on my favourite carrot cake, and a crack pie. The cake was beautiful and moist, filled with the aromatic spices that I love so much in carrot cake. The cream cheese frosting was light and fluffy, and we enjoyed this cake so much. <br/ <br/ The crack pie had a fabulous pastry crust, and that beautiful sweet filling that makes these pies so addictive. With a delicious caramel flavour, I could eat this all day long. Proof Bakehouse may be small, but it's so worth a visit, especially if you are fond of homemade cakes, tarts and cookies.
